Job summary

Rite of Passage in Morrison, CO is seeking a Licensed Therapist for Morrison Home. This role involves providing individual, family and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team in a home-like residential setting.

The position requires a Master’s degree and Colorado licensure (LPCC/LPP/LCSW/SWC), 21+ years of age, and the ability to pass background checks and driving requirements. A hybrid schedule is offered to support work/life balance.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Master's degree and Colorado licensure (LPCC/LPP/LCSW/SWC) required.
• Maintain licensure with CEUs annually.
• Minimum 1 year experience in residential/school settings with at-risk youth.
• Eligible to be a Rite of Passage driver.
• Current Colorado driver’s license with clean driving record (3 years).
• Pass background check, drug screen, physical, TB test.
• Pass search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs.
• Develop and oversee treatment on an individual, family and group basis.
• Perform clinical assessment, service planning, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver services.
• Document and assess intervention effectiveness toward treatment plan objectives.
