Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a compassionate Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Dodgeville, WI to provide comprehensive behavioral health services for adults in residential treatment for substance use disorders. The role includes assessments, individual/group/family therapy, and collaboration with the Clinical Director on treatment and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate will hold Wisconsin licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent), have at least 1 year of experience with co-occurring disorders,

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with co-occurring disorders.
• Experience with integrated behavioral health treatment.
• Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate client needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, therapeutic activities, community meetings, and wellness programs.
• Monitor client progress and document counseling sessions accurately and timely.
