Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a psychotherapist for an Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) focused on alcohol and other drug abuse. The role is in-person, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8:00–4:30 at the Sheboygan Center.

You will lead individual and group therapy within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to discharge planning. Requires Wisconsin licenses such as LPC/LMFT or Social Worker/Clinical Social Worker, plus 2 years in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Wisconsin licensure or eligibility as a Counselor/ Therapist.
• 2 years of behavioral health therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapy in adult PHP for AODA.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment teams with case management and intake.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments and supports discharge planning.
• Maintains clinical productivity per management guidelines.
• Addresses age-specific care needs per department standards.
