Job summary

Wood Violet Recovery in Dodgeville, WI seeks a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor-In-Training (LPC-IT) to join our clinical team and provide therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while receiving supervision toward independent licensure.

This full-time role offers supervision toward licensure and a supportive team, with benefits such as insurance after 60 days, a 401(k) match, PTO from day one, and daily meals on-site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
• Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your therapeutic skills.
