Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide addiction and mental health treatment to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. You will use therapy, skills training, and family systems perspectives to support recovery and may conduct assessments and crisis intervention.

This role requires a Behavioral Science background and Texas licensure eligibility (LPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT or similar). Flexible hours may be needed to meet client needs in the community.

Qualifications

• Two years of mental health or addiction experience.
• Possession or eligibility for TX licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT etc.).
• Ability to conduct assessments and crisis interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide addiction and mental health treatment to at-risk individuals.
• Utilize therapy, skills training, and family systems perspectives to support recovery.
• Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and staff training as needed.
