Job summary

Thriveworks Lakewood, OH is hiring licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person care to our diverse client base. This W2 role offers flexible scheduling with a commitment to 25+ sessions weekly and 30 hours of availability, plus a ramp stipend for clinicians meeting the target.

As part of Thriveworks, you’ll receive credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed clinicians (LPCC/LMFT/LISW/PhD) in Ohio preferred.
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and in-person clinical care.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and use EHR tools.
