Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients in Lakewood, OH via telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD) and available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours per week, you will join a clinician-led organization.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, and you can build a full caseload within 90 days with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD).
• Minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Treat a range of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfort using telehealth and electronic health records (EHR).

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Ohio — LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)


• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly


• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children


• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress


• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools


• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Compensation Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
