Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lakewood, OH. This role offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of availability per week.

As a W2 employee, you will receive comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. You will build a full caseload within 90 days, with scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifikationen

• Independently licensed and residing in Ohio (PsyD or PhD).
• Available for at least 25 sessions weekly (30 hours).
• Behavioral health generalist comfortable with couples and children.
• Proficient with telehealth and electronic health records.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
