Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge is seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. You will manage a balanced caseload and provide individual and group therapy with full clinical support and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (Valant a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
• Maintain documentation per company policies
