Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge, NJ is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. You will manage a balanced caseload and receive full clinical support and mentorship, with opportunities to see adolescents and teens.

This role offers flexibility to work in-person and remotely, with direct supervision, and a culture that prioritizes clinician well-being and professional growth within a supportive clinic network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (Valant a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies.
