Ellie Mental Health, based in New Jersey, is hiring licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. You will manage a balanced caseload and may see children 5+, with full clinical support and mentorship, in a role offering both in-person and remote work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in New Jersey (LMFT/LPC/LCSW/LAC/LAMFT/LSW).
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and EHR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies.
