Job summary

The Children’s Home of Easton is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join a team delivering individual, couple, family, and group therapy in a community-based outpatient clinic in Easton, PA. The role includes developing psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and aftercare, with in-person and telehealth services.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, 2 years in behavioral health, and preference for LPC/LCSW licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work/Psychology or related field is required
• Current LPC or LCSW license preferred
• Flexible schedule, including after school and evening hours
• Must possess current clearances: PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal Background, FBI Clearance, CPS Laws Certificate of completion

Responsibilities

• Develop an individual psychosocial evaluation and treatment plan
• Complete progress notes and related documentation within established timeframes
• Facilitate development and implementation of an aftercare plan
• Participate in team meetings and supervision as scheduled
• Provide services in-person and via telehealth
