You will create treatment plans, deliver individual and family therapies, and coordinate with residential, medical, and academic staff to ensure ethical, high‑quality care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, and current Utah licensure (LMFT/AMFT/LCSW/CSW/ACMHC/CMHC).

• Master’s Degree in related field.
• Current license to practice therapy in Utah (LMFT/AMFT/LCSW/CSW/ACMHC/CMHC).
• Able to pass a background check and work with diverse student needs.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops initial treatment plans and updates them regularly.
• Conducts weekly individual, family, and group therapy with accurate notes.
• Prepares monthly progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Residential, Medical and Academic staff to ensure quality care.
• Communicates with parents, sponsors, and referral sources promptly.
• Responds to crisis situations and supports crisis intervention as needed.
