Responsibilities

Role Description This is a full-time or Part-time on-site role for an LCSW or CMHC based in Tooele, UT. The clinician will provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to children, adolescents, and their caregivers, using appropriate therapeutic modalities and interventions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care with other providers, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with schools, community resources, and healthcare professionals to support client progress and continuity of care. The LCSW or CMHC will also participate in case consultations, contribute to program development, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Work, including client advocacy, resource navigation, and support for children, youth, and families.
• Experience in Medical Social Work, coordinating care within healthcare settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Case Management, including assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge planning.
• Strong background in Mental Health, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of emotional and psychological conditions.
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health interventions, including evidence-based practices for youth and family systems.
• Active LCSW or CMHC license in the state of Utah, or eligibility to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents in outpatient or community-based settings.
• Effective communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional boundaries.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.

Compensation

Is based on years of experience and modality certification. We offer PTO and insurance stipend for market place.
