WellSpan Health is opening a new Walk-In Crisis Center in Gettysburg and seeks a compassionate Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join the team. This full-time role offers a 1:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule across four 10-hour shifts, providing timely behavioral health assessments and care.

Ideal candidates have licensure as LPC/LCSW/LMFT and experience in crisis or behavioral health. The position emphasizes patient-centered care within a growing community service.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist licensure required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Experience in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to a fast-paced center.
