Job summary

WellSpan Health's Gettysburg Crisis Walk-In Center seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide immediate, in-person support for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

Built on a trauma-informed approach, the program offers rapid assessment and connection to ongoing care in a safe, welcoming environment, with access to timely mental health services in our community. Four, 10-hour shifts per week provide a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, in-person support to individuals in behavioral health crisis.
• Perform rapid assessments and determine appropriate next steps.
• Connect clients to ongoing care in the community in a trauma-informed setting.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and document interactions per policy.
