Pay Range: $6800-$86,000. Some departments are also eligible for quarterly incentive bonuses
In addition to base compensation, eligible providers have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay when they exceed established service goals.Most counselors earn an average of over $1,000 per quarter.Please ask us for more details on this program.
FLSA Status: EXEMPT – This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
