A leading behavioral health service provider seeks a Licensed Therapist to deliver therapeutic services to children and families facing mental health challenges. Job Summary: The clinic therapist, licensed as a Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA), provides therapeutic services to children with serious mental illness and their families. The therapist partners with racially and culturally diverse individuals and families to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, assessing strengths, preferences, challenges, and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorders. The therapist provides individual, family, and/or group counseling using evidence-based interventions or therapeutic modalities. Additionally, they offer consultation for the treatment team and community partners as needed, and may provide crisis assessment and interventions.
The therapist collaborates with other behavioral health professionals to coordinate client care. They must possess strong knowledge of common diagnoses and treatments for school-aged children and youth, and have the skills necessary to facilitate positive change for clients and families.
Regular, predictable attendance is essential. Other duties may be assigned, and a flexible work schedule may be required.

Salary ranges from $64,798.24 to $82,610.32 annually, depending on licensure and experience.
