OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team remotely. Since 2016, we have provided superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our mission is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinicians in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Provide individualized care, including psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
• Design your own schedule, typically working weekdays between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with no on-call duties.
• Manage clinical care and documentation; our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing.

Qualifications

Must have completed an accredited program and hold licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC in Indiana, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
