Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, teens, and children across multiple settings. The role emphasizes thorough assessments, timely documentation, and collaboration with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care in the service area.

Qualified clinicians will have a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCACCP).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCACCP must be maintained.
• Three to five years’ behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy (individual, group, family, or couples) as clinically indicated.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with referral sources and clinical team.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments as required.
• Ensure 24-hour turnaround for clinical documentation and authorizations.

Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARY OF POSITIONProvide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical teamMaintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.Utilization and knowledge of evidenced based interventions.QUALIFICATIONSEducation LevelMaster’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA CertificationYears of ExperienceThree to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
