Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking clinicians to provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children across our service area. The role focuses on evaluation, individual, group, family, or couples therapy, while maintaining comprehensive clinical records and collaborating with referral sources.

Qualified candidates are licensed eligible and actively working toward licensure, with 3–5 years of behavioral health experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment preferred.
• Licensed eligible and actively working toward licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Coordinate with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by the client.
• Maintain effective relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
• Participate in development and implementation of quality clinical practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEligible to supervise student interns as needed.Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team. Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.QUALIFICATIONSEducation LevelBachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.Years of ExperienceThree to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
