Job summary

Qualifications

• LCSW, LPC, or PS license is required.
• New Jersey licensure in LCSW or LPC required.
• Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC or CADC) required.
• Masters degree in the social sciences with active NJ license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and psychosocial treatment, including individual and group therapy.
• conduct initial evaluation and ongoing assessment of patient functioning and risk factors.
• Document each treatment session per Princeton House standards.
• Coordinate development and implementation of multidisciplinary treatment plans and reviews.
• Attend daily treatment rounds and communicate changes to the team.
• Complete discharge planning and related case management across the continuum of care.
