Job summary

Strategic Interventions, LLC is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join the ACT Team in Warrenton, NC. The role focuses on delivering individual, family, and group therapy in community settings, completing assessments, and managing treatment plans.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in a human services field and active North Carolina licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT/LPA), with 1 year of experience in adult mental health and comfort with crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field and active NC licensure are required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with adults with serious mental illness; 3–5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of ACT Team model, community-based treatment, and managed care processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to ACT members in community settings.
• Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments and ongoing clinical documentation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for members with serious mental illness.
• Participate in interdisciplinary ACT Team meetings and collaborate with team members.
• Provide crisis intervention and respond to urgent clinical needs.
• Submit service authorizations and ensure compliance with managed care requirements.
