Carolina Outreach is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide in-home, community-based interventions for individuals and families with mental health and substance use concerns. Services include crisis assessment, coordination, and evidence-based therapies within ACT program frameworks.

The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling or social work and active NC licensure (LCSW/A or LCMHC/A).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field.
• Must be licensed in NC as an LCSW/A or LCMHC/A.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to meet person-centered goals.
• Participate in supervision as applicable by licensure level.
