Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist to provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies via telehealth and in-person visits.

You will develop patient treatment plans with patient and family participation, participate in performance improvement activities, and may provide clinical supervision if qualified.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling and licensure (LCSW or LPCC).
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling.
• Knowledge of CBT concepts and their clinical application.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret data.
• Provide clinical supervision if qualified.
• Engage in consultation, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.

SummaryJob Description:Behavioral HealthLicensed TherapistProvides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision.
