Job summary

Mind Healing & Wellness Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW) to provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. The role supports in-person and telehealth appointments and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

Full-time (also accommodates part-time) with potential fee-for-service options. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Active MA LMHC/LICSW/LCSW license
• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Trained in varying modalities of Therapy treatments

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and couples therapy
• Deliver both in-person and telehealth services
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health record
• Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes long-term recovery and wellness

What You'll Do

As one of our licensed therapists, you'll provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults while working alongside psychiatric nurse practitioners and other behavioral health professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW license
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Portuguese) are required
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Trained in varying modalities of Therapy treatments
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient behavioral health
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or substance use disorders
• Telehealth experience

Productivity Expectations

We believe productivity should support- not compromise- quality patient care.

Our full-time therapists typically maintain a caseload of approximately 32 completed sessions per week, with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule for documentation, care coordination, supervision, and mandatory team trainings.

Therapists who consistently exceed productivity expectations while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
