Mental Health Professionals of New England, PLLC in Whitinsville, MA, is seeking licensed therapists to join our growing private practice. We welcome licensed clinicians to provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, with a flexible schedule and potential for immediate caseloads.

The role supports collaboration with prescribers and other professionals in a private practice setting, offering part-time or full-time positions and a pathway to growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.D., or PhD.
• Experience in outpatient mental health treatment preferred.
• Proficient in DSM-V diagnostic criteria and clinical documentation.
• Skilled in at least one evidence-based therapy modality.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
• Collaborate with prescribers, medical providers, and other support professionals.
• Document sessions and clinical notes in accordance with insurance timelines.

About the Role:

We are a group of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and psychotherapists expanding a

successful private practice to join our team. We are seeking a licensed

therapist or psychologist to join the practice and provide individual, couples, and/or

family therapy to people already receiving medication management or new people to the practice.

An immediate caseload is available for credentialed providers. This is an excellent

opportunity for someone looking to supplement their current work or grow into a full-

time private practice role.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
• Collaborate with prescribers, medical providers, and other support professionals
• Document sessions and clinical notes in accordance with insurance timelines (within

24 hours)

• Maintain professional ethics, licensure, and continuing education

Who You Are:

• Licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.D., or PhD
• Experienced in outpatient mental health treatment (insurance-based care preferred)
• Proficient in DSM-V diagnostic criteria and clinical documentation
• Skilled in at least one evidence-based therapy modality

For LCSW/LMHC Candidates:

• LCSWs must have 3,500 post-master’s hours + 100 hours of supervision with a

LICSW

• LMHCs must meet Massachusetts supervision and client contact hour requirements
