Job summary

Leek Therapy, LLC is seeking a grounded, empathetic therapist to join as part time or full time in a hybrid or telehealth role serving clients in the Boston area and surrounding MA offices. You will blend solid clinical skills with genuine care and a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy with strong communication, managing a flexible schedule, and collaborating with an admin and supervision team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling or equivalent.
• Licensed LMHC or LICSW in Massachusetts (or actively pursuing licensure).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Hybrid or telehealth capabilities with strong communication.

Required Qualifications

Compensation
