Job summary

413 Theraworks, LLC seeks a Mental Health Clinician to serve older teens and adults in Berkshire County. In-office, hybrid, or remote options available for fully licensed clinicians, with pay $45-$55/hour and about 30 hours per week.

Mental Health Clinician - Older Teens/Adults: (In-Office, Hybrid, Remote Available for Fully Licensed Clinicians)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on behavioral health and mental wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring a safe environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Proficient in therapeutic techniques.
• Strong skills in client care, assessment, and medical documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
