Susan Myket, Ph.D. & Associates in Naperville is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to join our team. The role blends in-person therapy at our Naperville office with telehealth, managing an independent caseload in a supportive, burnout-averse environment.

We use CBT, ACT, and DBT with specialized clinics for anxiety, autism, early childhood, and pediatric psychology. If you are an empathetic, experienced clinician seeking meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualificações

• Current Illinois license as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work.
• Experience with evidence-based clinical practices.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families.
• Ability to manage an independent caseload while maintaining high standards of care.
• Strong time management and timely clinical documentation.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

Susan Myket, Ph.D. & Associates, a Naperville family psychology practice for 20 years, is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to join our team. You'll provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a hybrid role that combines in-person sessions at our Naperville office with telehealth. We believe therapy is most effective in a space that feels both professional and welcoming, and that's the environment we've built for our clinicians. You'll manage an independent caseload with the room to do your best work, backed by supportive leadership and a team that values your clinical expertise and personal well-being. We've intentionally built a culture that avoids the burnout common in larger systems, and we focus instead on quality connections and meaningful outcomes for clients and their families.

You'll also work alongside other clinicians, often collaborating on care for different members of the same family or combining services such as therapy, testing, and group. Our practice uses research-supported approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and offers specialized clinics for anxiety, autism, early childhood, and pediatric psychology.
