Self-motivated professional to lead multidisciplinary teams in the Hohenwald and Waynesboro areas. Provides clinic-based outpatient treatment services to a partial caseload of children, adolescents, and their families, including initial clinical assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, and crisis consultations. Involved in various organizational initiatives as opportunities arise. Maintains client’s clinical documentation and attend scheduled meetings.
This position will serve as a Licensed Clinic Manager in an Outpatient Clinic with primary responsibilities of supervising a team of Outpatient therapists and if applicable, Outpatient Team Leader. May also provide clinical supervision as needed. This position will report to the Regional Vice-President and requires a LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT active license in the state of Tenn and has the approval of the licensing board to provide clinical supervision.
Applicant must have a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy or related field required.
Supervisory experience is preferred and/or experience providing behavioral health services with children and teens.
Licensure (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, and LMFT) in the state of Tennessee is required.
