AlphaStaffHCM is seeking a licensed therapist to provide on-site behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across South Arkansas. You will work with an established caseload, with credentialing and clinical guidance to support your practice.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or similar independently licensed therapist.
• Ability to work independently in facility-based environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Behavioral health experience preferred but not required.
• Geriatric or long-term care experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling services to nursing home residents.
• Support patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Travel between assigned facilities throughout the week as needed.
• Participate in ongoing clinical meetings and support sessions.

A client of AlphaStaffHCM is searching for a licensed therapist to provide on-site behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout South Arkansas. Clinicians receive established caseloads, administrative support, credentialing assistance, and ongoing clinical guidance, allowing them to focus on patient care rather than business development. This role is ideal for a therapist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with an underserved population.
