Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Arkansas to provide remote counseling to clients with a range of mental health concerns. You will build ongoing relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful support session to session.

The role requires an active Arkansas license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), a Master's in a mental health field, and at least two years of post-licensure experience.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in a mental health discipline.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows.
• Strong clinical judgment and time management.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for scheduled virtual therapy sessions.
• Understand clients' concerns, history, and current needs.
• Provide counseling that fits the situation and goals discussed in therapy.
• Keep session notes and other required records up to date.
• Speak with the clinical team when a case becomes more complex.
• Raise concerns when a client may need a different level of support.
• Participate in case discussions and clinical reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Arkansas licensing and professional requirements.

Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role

We are hiring a licensed therapist in Arkansas to provide remote counseling to clients with a range of mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with clients, understand what they are working through, and provide thoughtful support from one session to the next. This role also involves keeping your clinical work organized, staying in communication with the team, and bringing forward cases that may need additional input or attention.
