Sevita's NeuroRestorative in Lexington, KY is seeking a licensed counseling professional to provide counseling to individuals and families using multiple therapeutic approaches. The role involves assessments, individual and family therapy, and participation in a trans-disciplinary team to plan and implement care.

Sign-on bonus and CEU stipend are offered, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field.
• Two years of experience.
• Licenses accepted: Psychologist, LPA, LCSW, CADC, LMFT, LPCC, LCADCA, LCADC.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessments in mental status, personality, behavioral patterns, relationships and family interactions.
• Provides individual counseling and family psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Facilitates counseling groups and participates in treatment planning with a trans-disciplinary team.
• Documents progress and billing summaries for program participants.
• Ensures confidentiality and adheres to accreditation standards.
