Counseling Unconditionally in Louisville, KY is expanding and seeks a part-time mental health therapist on a 1099 contract basis. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexibility, and support from an established group practice.

Candidates should have a master’s or doctoral degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky. Hours are 6–12 per week with weekend or evening sessions and compensation of $90–$130 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) strongly preferred; associate-level licenses (LPCA, MFT) will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Specialized training or certifications are highly desired (EMDR, Play Therapy, Gottman Method, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical care.
• Ability to manage a flexible, self-directed schedule.
• Available on the weekends or evenings for client sessions
