Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Kansas to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends. This role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and includes credentialing and scheduling assistance to focus on delivering care.

Qualified candidates are independently licensed in Kansas (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW or Licensed Psychologist), available for at least 10 sessions weekly, and comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Kansas — LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
• Available for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based telehealth sessions to clients in Kansas.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
• Collaborate with the Thriveworks clinical community and utilize EHR tools.
• Deliver services that align with measurable client progress and outcomes.
