Thriveworks Associates LLC is hiring licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy to clients in Missouri. You will join a national telehealth team with a flexible schedule, delivering evidence-based care to diverse clients, including couples and children, while maintaining high quality outcomes.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive comprehensive support, credentialing, scheduling, and marketing assistance, plus orientation and ongoing training to develop your caseload within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Minimum 15 direct sessions per client week with 20 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Committed to measurable progress and use of telehealth tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy to Missouri clients.
• Manage a flexible caseload with measurable outcomes.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document care and coordinate with teams.
