PetVet Care Centers' Olympia Pet Emergency is currently seeking a Licensed Technician Supervisor to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Technician Supervisor, you will perform the duties of medical technical staff (technicians and assistants) while scheduling and supervising the staff assigned to your department. You will expedite patient care, uphold patient care standards, and lead the team by example, demonstrating organizational skills, following company policies, and maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective medical record‑keeping and billing processes.
• Collect and process work charts.
• Enter inpatient charges and procedures performed in the billing system.
• Ensure invoices are sent monthly and on request by clients and doctors.
• Process payments and monthly statements.
• Resolve escalated financial problems with clients, collect delinquent accounts, and determine when special financial agreements are appropriate.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable.
• Prepare, print, and mail invoice or statement copies for customers as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be dependable and punctual.

Qualifications (Required)

• Licensed in the state of Washington or a licensed veterinary technician (LVT).
