PetVet Care Centers' Olympia Pet Emergency is currently seeking a Licensed Technician Supervisor to join their team!

Position Overview

Join our team as a Licensed Technician Supervisor who performs the duties of medical technical staff (e.g., technicians and assistants) as well as scheduling and supervising the staff of the assigned department. Expedite the care and efficiency of the department. In charge of patient care standards for the department. Must lead the team by example, demonstrating organizational skills, following company policies, and maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain processes for effective medical record keeping and billing.
  • Collect and process work charts.
  • Assist with entering in‑patient charges and/or procedures performed in billing system.
  • Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors.
  • Process payments and monthly statements.
  • Resolve escalated financial problems with clients, collecting delinquent accounts and "NSF" checks; determine when special financial agreements are appropriate.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable.
  • Prepare, print, and mail invoice or statement copies for customers as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Be dependable and punctual.
Qualifications (Required)
  • Licensed in the state of Washington or licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT).

  • Supervisory experience in veterinary medicine.
