Job summary

Telecare Sonoma ACT is seeking an entry-level licensed manager to supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate service needs, and collaborate with other services. You will complete assessments and determine appropriate service levels for new members, and participate in a structured on-call rotation, staying connected and responsive to needs within set timeframes.

The role offers full-time shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, with variations) and a starting wage range tied to geographic location.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a mental health setting.
• Licensed mental health professional as confirmed by state regulatory/licensing board (e.g., LCSW, MFT, RN, or LPCC) from the state of operation.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months of employment.
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All regulatory or local requirements may apply.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle with weekly mileage reimbursement.
