Job summary

Telecare seeks an entry-level licensed management professional in California to supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate service needs, and collaborate with other services and agencies. Under the Clinical Director/Administrator, you will complete assessments and determine the appropriate level of services for new members.

You will participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible to respond to work-related needs per protocols.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in mental health setting.
• Licensed mental health professional as confirmed by state regulatory/licensing board.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months of employment.
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification on date of employment or within 60 days and maintain throughout employment.
• Post-offer physical examination, 2-step TB test, background clearances, sanctions, and license verification required.
• If driving is required, valid driver license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance.
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments with weekly IRS rate mileage reimbursement.
• Willingness to use company vehicle and attend meetings with weekly mileage reimbursement.
