Job summary

Telecare is seeking an entry-level licensed management professional to supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs at Telecare Sonoma ACT. You will work under the Clinical Director/Administrator and participate in a structured on-call rotation to respond to work-related needs within set timeframes.

Responsibilities include completing assessments, determining the appropriate level of services for new members, and maintaining compliance with operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional as confirmed by state regulatory/licensing board (e.g., LCSW, MFT, RN, or LPCC)
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment
• All required regulatory clearances and driving requirements may apply
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance in your name

Responsibilities

• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs
• Complete assessments and determine appropriate level of services for new members
• Participate in structured on-call rotations and respond within required timeframes
• Maintain compliance with operational protocols during on-call periods
