Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Virginia to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care via telehealth and in-person sessions in Manassas, VA. A ramp stipend is available for clinicians with 30 hours of weekly availability.

Clinicians must be independently licensed (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and able to conduct a minimum of 25 sessions per week. The role supports providers with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician living in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Minimum 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Open to treating couples and children with measurable progress.
• Comfortable using telehealth and clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients across the country.
• Balance telehealth and in-person sessions in a hybrid model.
• Maintain documentation and use EHR systems effectively.
