Job summary

Ramaker & Associates is seeking a Licensed Surveyor to support surveying services through fieldwork, technical expertise, quality control, and project coordination. This role includes hands-on surveying, reviewing and sealing plats, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Fieldwork will primarily occur across Wisconsin with occasional travel to neighboring states. Office duties can be performed remotely, with the option to work from our Madison, WI office in a hybrid or

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in land surveying.
• Experience developing and reviewing plats and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States and reside in Wisconsin or relocate there.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Perform fieldwork and seal plats and survey documents.
• Review and seal ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and CAD staff to deliver accurate survey solutions.
• Support process improvements and adoption of new survey technologies and data collection methods.
• Occasional travel to neighboring states; hybrid/onsite work from Madison, WI when in office.
