Qualifications

• 5+ years of surveying experience.
• Illinois Survey license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Use surveying equipment measurements to determine property lines and boundaries.
• Research property information from titles, survey records and land records.
• Record accurate property lines and plots with local land use authorities.
• Perform office work, including deed research, and create base mapping using AutoCAD.
• Perform boundary calculations and field support calculations.
• Provide professional representation of the Firm to clients and contractors.
• Conduct research, title reports, ROW/E, Land Title Surveys, topography and mapping.
• Prepare easements, plats and surveys and ensure documents are signed.
