Qualifications

• 5+ years of surveying experience.
• Illinois license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Determine property lines and boundaries using surveying equipment.
• Research titles, survey records, and land records.
• Record accurate property lines and plots with local authorities.
• Create base mapping using AutoCAD software.
• Perform boundary calculations and field support calculations.
• Represent the Firm to clients, contractors, and the public.
