Job summary

Rushton Recovery is seeking a dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LMSW/LLMSW) to join our South Lyon team. You will provide individual and group therapy, support families, and collaborate with medical and clinical staff to create personalized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has MSW, experience in addiction/substance use, strong counseling and communication skills, and CAADC or willingness to pursue. This is a compassionate, patient-centered role in a comprehensive recovery program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Prefer experience in addiction/substance abuse.
• Strong skills in mental health counseling, patient care, clinical counseling, and social work practices.
• Proficiency in facilitating group therapy and individual group counseling sessions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries.
• CAADC or willingness to start a development plan.
• Proficiency in intake assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, utilization review, and case management.
