Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a licensed Structural Engineer to design and engineer temporary structures supporting construction projects across North America. The role develops PE-stamped calculations and drawings for shoring, reshoring, falsework, formwork, temporary foundations, and supporting systems.
The engineer will perform structural analysis, coordinate with project teams, respond to RFIs, and provide technical guidance through project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related field.
- Active PE license in at least one U.S. state.
- Minimum 3 years of structural engineering experience with reinforced concrete, foundations, and timber/steel design.
- Experience designing permanent and/or temporary structures.
- Knowledge of AISC, ACI, NDS, ASCE, OSHA standards.
- Proficient with structural analysis/design tools (Risa, Revit, AutoCAD)
- Experience with formwork or shoring systems.
