Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required or pending licensure with ability to obtain PE.

Responsibilities

• Uses engineering drawings and systems to provide project coordination and structural design services.
• Develops and evaluates member and connection designs for Detailing and Manufacturing.
• Ensures structural integrity and safety of buildings.
• Expands technical knowledge in products, procedures, and standards.
• Contributes to department profitability and continuous improvement within a high-performance team.
• Meets design schedules to satisfy customer design service needs.
• Collaborates with project teams to resolve problems and create cost-effective solutions.
• Provides technical assistance to customers and junior designers.
• Develops structural quotes.
