KPFF Consulting Engineers in Nashville is seeking a Structural Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our office. You will lead project elements from concept through construction, collaborate with experienced engineers and BIM professionals, and contribute to projects nationwide while staying connected to the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 4+ years of structural engineering design experience; project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of structural engineering projects from planning to budgeting and resource allocation.
• Perform structural analysis and design for diverse building types and materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and maintain clear communication through the project lifecycle.
• Participate in feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments as needed.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports per building codes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
